About me
Twelve years selling homes around Lake Wakatipu, from Arrowtown cottages to lakefront houses in Kelvin Heights.

I grew up in Arrowtown, worked in hotels in Queenstown and London, and came home to sell real estate in 2014.
Hospitality taught me most of what I use now: listen first, notice the small things, and never make someone chase you for an answer. I work with one assistant and a small group of photographers, stagers and tradespeople I've trusted for years.
Outside work you'll find me on the Frankton Track early in the morning, or on the slopes at Coronet Peak most weekends in winter.
What you can expect
You hear from me every week
A short written update every Friday while your home is on the market: enquiries, viewings, feedback and what I'd change.
Costs in writing first
Commission, marketing and any other costs are set out in the agency agreement before you sign. Nothing is added later without your agreement.
Straight answers on price
My appraisal shows the sales I've used and why. If I think a price is out of reach, I'll say so.
One person, start to finish
I take every viewing and every call from buyers myself, so nothing gets lost between people.
